FAMILIES:
UPDATED POLICY FROM UW: Minors can stay at the dorms, but need to be supervised at all times. At age 9 and older, they are also considered the same as an adult guest and would be paying for/reserving their dorm in the same way. So for a two-person shared room you could have one parent and one 9 minor (who is 9 years old or older.) The only exception to the "one minor, one adult per double room" rule is: two adults sharing a double room may bring a child 8 years of age or younger, and must also bring a sleeping bag for the child to use on the floor at no additional cost. Anyone 9 years of age or older will be considered the same as an adult and subject to the "1 child 1 adult in a double room" rule.
We have a small block at these hotels at Conference rates: Watertown: $239 USD per night (single/double); $13 Breakfast vouchers, 15.6% tax, Free amenities and parking; and University Inn: $239 per night (single/double), Complimentary breakfast, 15.6% tax, Free amenities and parking.
