EXHIBIT: Host a Virtual Booth to connect with attendees, post downloadable documents, post a video, and participate in LIVE exhibit booth sessions for live, virtual interaction. Exhibitors may also attend all regular ICAR sessions, and will have access to the ICAR "community" networking feature in which to search and filter attendees by certain profile features. Your booth can be accessed asynchronously by attendees at their preferred time zone so you can make contacts while you sleep. During live sessions you can engage your audience with video, audio, share your screen, record your session, set up polls and quizzes, do demos, answer questions, share your product, or opportunity, engage in outreach, recruitment, etc. Repeat exhibitors always get a discount at North American ICARs!
SPONSOR: Show your support of the community by helping to fund one or more sessions, which enables us to provide funding support to speakers and organizers. Showcase your brand in your sponsor page to include your content (links, documents, videos). High value packages include your own virtual booth to enable live interactions during 'Live Exhibit Booth' sessions. Sponsorship packages include 1+ included registrations for ICAR, as well as exclusive naming rights for a session of your choice (subject to availability). Sponsorship acknowledgement by session chairs and through conference communications included.
A Virtual Exhibit Booth at ICAR 2021-Virtual Includes
A focus on enabling attendees to interact with exhibitors in the virtual Exhibit Hall asynchronously (content available 24-7) and live during Live Booth Session Exhibit Hours.
Live Virtual Exhibit Booth sessions include direct vendor access to your booth dashboard during the live session to engage attendees with live video, audio, and chat functionality. During live exhibits, you can share your screen, use a whiteboard, record your session, use breakout rooms, set up polls/quizzes, upload slides to share, use the chat functionality, and share your video and microphone for live interaction. You will be provided with reports of the attendees that visit your booth during live exhibit sessions, including downloads of available chats or quiz/question responses (if you have created them in your dashboard).
Asynchronous access to your virtual booth so that attendees across time zones can view your branded booth page with content you provide, such as pdfs, a video, contact information, and notices of when you will be available to speak live during the Live Booth Session Exhibit Hours.

Join as many of the Live Virtual Exhibit Booth sessions as you can. This is the place to meet people for live video or text chats, demos, or Q&A. If you aren't able to attend a live session, we will provide a report of the attendees that dropped by to view your materials during the session. If you leave a quiz to answer, we will also provide reports of the replies, and a report of any text chats posted.

Virtual exhibit booths will be accessible to registered attendees of ICAR 2021 asynchronously from 1 week prior to ICAR start and for 6 weeks post ICAR (by permission of vendor)

Through the generous support of our sponsors we are able to keep meeting costs low which enables participation- especially by early- career folks and those coming developing countries, and under-resourced labs and institutions. The virtual setting for ICAR 2021 also eliminates the barriers for applying for visas, and the expense of costly travel and hotels. It also will enable parents of young children to attend from the comfort of their own homes, as well as anyone caring for others. We are excited to envision that ICAR 2021 may be MORE accessible than an in-person event might have been!
